Monthly Horse Leasing $275/mo

Includes horse and tack.

Depending on the experience level you demonstrate, you may be required to take lessons at an additional cost, until you and the horse experience a highly compatible relationship.

Currently, Dakota and Piper are available for Lease (on my property).

Dakota is available for Lease, Lease to Buy (on my property, till paid in full) or Sale. See below.

Knowledge of principles of Behavior Science, especially classical conditioning through positive reinforcement required for Dakota.

You will be required to demonstrate your ability to guide with an independent seat, using no or only very soft hands and be a good listener and communicator for either horse.

Both horses require you to have confidence, knowledge and consistency. Knowledge of positive reinforcement training would be a huge plus.

Well trained horse, very smooth and highly sensitive under saddle. Loads, ties and has been positively acclimated to numerous stimuli. Good on trails.
